SA Franchise Brands strives to ensure that the site is as usable as possible for all users and postings that fall outside the Posting Policies as stated in this section or our Terms of Use may be removed from the site.
You take sole ownership of responsibility for all information that you submit to SA Franchise Brands and any consequences that may result from your posting. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our terms of use. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s registration.
Postings will be removed or placed on hold should they not conform to the following:
- Only postings in English are permissible.
- Only one posting per franchise brand may be posted on the site.
- Franchise brands must be posted under the single most relevant category for your brand.
- Only South African franchise brands and international franchise brands that are actively trading in South Africa will be accepted.
- The templates provided must be completed as comprehensively and accurately as possible to provide an informative browsing experience.
- Only high resolution photographs, logos and images may be uploaded (300dpi or more).
- No website links to other franchise or business opportunity sites except your own.
- Your posting must be original and may not be a copy of other postings.
- Inappropriate language is not permissible.
- Inappropriate photographs and images are not permissible.
- Discrimination of any form is not permissible.
SA Franchise Brands reserves the right at our discretion to remove any postings, with or without notice that we feel are not relevant or of value to the site.
