At ActionCOACH we offer our coaches only the best training possible. If you come onboard as a business coach you gain access to over 3,500 business strategies and tactics. You will cover a multi-facet training programme for an initial 4 months and thereafter even more training that never stops. Continual training programmes, webinars, support calls and conferences are offered to all our coaches to ensure they remain the number one coach in the field.
Franchise partners complete a 4-week pre-training programme prior to attending their 10-day training at the ActionCOACH global head office in Las Vegas, USA or virtually due to COVID-19. This is followed by a focused 12-week kick start programme to get their business up and running as quickly as possible.
ActionCOACH’s team of coaches are all passionate about business, helping others and making a contribution to the success of entrepreneurs and their communities. The ActionCOACH candidate selection process is discerning and inclined towards applicants with an educational background and past business or managerial experience. The application process includes in-depth interviews, personality assessments and reference checks.
