BAN provides more than just accounting, tax, company secretarial and payroll services for SME business owners as they require more than just compliance. BAN focuses on assisting business owners with effective financial management and business guidance, ensuring that business owners receive the information and advice they need to grow a better business and survive this economic winter.

BAN’s unique franchise opportunity provides franchisees with the tools, training and know-how to offer SME business owners value added services that will assist in taking their business forward. Consistency, high standards and quality output is the hallmark of any good franchise. To this end BAN has developed templates and service manuals for every service offering as well as advanced cloud-based systems, including an integrated efficient work planning and referral structure, cutting edge timesheet and billing system and cloud-based tax and company secretarial software. Their well-established internal quality control system ensures standards are maintained and knowledge is grown.

Support

The franchisor’s nine-day initial training programme, conducted in Cape Town, covers all the value-added service offerings, templates and service manuals, the cloud-based software as well as full day training on local marketing strategies and sales techniques.

Thereafter, the franchisor provides ongoing systems training via online means as well as providing continual support and by updating franchisees on changes or amendments to tax and other laws pertaining to the services offered. Furthermore, it promotes its franchisees local marketing initiatives by providing seminars and workshops to existing and potential clients in various cities as well as running various other regional and national marketing campaigns.
