Since our inception on April 1st, 1999, with the opening of our flagship CARtime car service and repair centre in Midrand, Gauteng, we’ve expanded into a nationwide network of aftermarket car service and repair facilities spanning 25 years.

The CARtime franchise system offers a complete turnkey operation, ready for immediate trading once you and your staff have completed the necessary training. Our workshops are meticulously set up to meet stringent standards, ensuring a 5-star RMI and MIWA rating for each facility.

Support

The new franchisee and staff participate in an intensive training program, which includes practical and theoretical. The course content is tailored to fully prepare participants for the successful operation of their new business.

The course covers:

  • Method of business operation and system implementation.
  • Customer care and relations.
  • Key financial controls.
  • Opening day assistance from franchisor.
  • How to market my business.
  • Software training.
  • Courses run for a period of three weeks and are a combination of both practical and lectures.

The franchisee is responsible for ensuring that all staff are fully trained before working in any store. Upon completing the training course, the franchisee receives a comprehensive operator’s manual, hosted online, which is regularly updated and compliant with local laws.

Ongoing Training and Support

CARtime holds regular refresher courses, updates, and training for new franchise staff at no additional cost to the franchisee.

In addition, CARtime provides a comprehensive marketing and advertising program, along with a customer support process for handling customer queries.

To ensure long-term success, CARtime engages in partnerships that benefit the entire group.
