Creative Image Craft Painting has become synonymous with craft painting throughout South Africa.

The Brand

Creative Image started started franchising after running our own studio for 5 years. With an increase in interest from the public and the list of new and existing students constantly increasing, proved that the concept works. The need for additional studios became obvious and the idea of franchising was born.

Once established, Creative Image expanded nationally and internationally in 1999 with studios in Mauritius, Namibia and Zimbabwe.

Concept

Craft painting classes are not new, but the establishment of professionally run studios with set lessons having dynamic designs and ideas for everything is completely unique. If you feel you are artistic, you could start a studio with the advantages of being part of a dynamic group like Creative Image, with its never ending supply of designs and ideas, as well as marketing backup, then this franchise could be for you!

Creative Image Craft Art Painting Studios is a home based art teaching business. We provide lesson formats and projects. We have over 500 products available for use in the studio that we manufacture and are also available to sell in the studios.

The idea is to utilise the franchise to establish a craft painting studio, operating from a home environment with overheads at a minimum. The studio will run ideally with classes in the mornings, evenings and weekends. A studio may be run with as many classes per week as the franchisee sees fit, but we suggest 6/8 classes per week with 10 students per class. The basic concept is to create a pool of students.

The typical target market is aimed at females between the ages of 30 and 75.

The average life span of a student nationally is between 8 to 18 years of which they would attend classes once a week.

We maintain cost effective prices to ensure existing students continue with classes on a weekly basis, therefore reducing the need for major ongoing advertising to attract new clients.

Support

Training is ongoing and all franchisees receive extensive on line back up.

Are You Our Next Franchisee?

Our ideal franchisees are women in the 40s. Having some teaching background in art or people with an artistic ability would be beneficial.
