With the onset of Covid-19 and the change of business, online everything is what is wanted. Dusting Down has always been a cleaning company that prides itself in looking after our customers.

With our customers staying at home, we needed a better way of booking cleaners and service providers that would help our customers and Dusting Down was born.

Concept

We are an on-demand cleaning app that links willing cleaners to customers who want a limited cleaning service, without all the hassles that come with employing cleaners, having them vetted, registering them for UIF and all the other responsibilities of employment .

We offer the cleaners an above average wage, UIF, Sick leave, Provident fund, and the ability to grow with intense training seminars and if the cleaners keep a % start rating, bonus incentives.

Support

We offer franchisees intensive training that covers local marketing, sales, follow up seminars, area manager support and back up support from our call centre that is manned from 06:00 till 20:00 seven days a week.

The franchisee also undergoes the same training course that the cleaners do, this way allowing them to understand what it takes to be a Dust Buster at Dusting Down.
