Famous Bean, which is an independent South African owned business based on world-class standards that strives to be one of South Africa’s top coffee café brands. Famous Bean has been developed to modernize the existing franchise model that in turn assists all franchisees to help benefit and ensure a smooth and successful operation. Our strategy is affordability and an investment that can set wealth free in an industry, where coffee is still our backbone.

Our beans are sourced, and we like to think, as a single origin and A grade blends, our name speak for itself. Our roastery uses the best equipment available from Germany. Our roast master is one of five qualified roasters in Africa and is roasting award-winning beans for years. He is a national barista judge and is training our baristas to be the best out there.

Aside from malls, we are pleased to be present in two Medi Clinic branches also. With this in mind, the diversity of the brand is noticeable. Our standard look and feel, and the ability to adjust and transform to meet the building and structure requirements are one of our strong points.
