Concept

As a Huizemark Franchisee, a person will not be limited to a particular area or field of operation but can expand to include all specialisation fields, be it residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural. One franchise fee will secure the right to operate in focus area of one’s choice, built multiple satellite operations, and allow a franchisee to do sales, rentals, property management and business brokering. The Huizemark systems are easy to use and there are no cumbersome reporting procedures. Franchisees are allowed to make their own business and marketing decisions provided it does not do harm to the franchise network and adhere to the corporate image. Our distinctive orange brand makes for high visibility and attracts clients.

To be a successful franchisee a person must have real estate experience and the determination to succeed, irrespective of economic climate. Office premises are not a requirement as Huizemark Virtual Offices have proven to be highly successful.

Support

On-going basic and specialised training of agents and management ensures successful sales transactions and happy clients. Huizemark training is available online and allows agents to upskill themselves any time anywhere. Extensive legal compliance documentation is available in template format free of charge.

Our passion lies in helping people grow and we take aspirant intern agents though an extensive introductory training period and mentor them to successful property practitioners. Our franchisees often emerge from within our midst as they have grown to management and business owners. Management training is offered to new franchisees and coaching courses to existing franchisees.

We have strategic partnerships with financial institutions, mortgage originators and property portals, which all assist to increase turnover for our franchisees and agents.
