The Brand

Impa Paints originated from a prior well known manufacturer Eimpa Paints established in 1987, which was purchased and rebranded in 2010 to the Franchise concept now known as Impa Paints. The technical team of Eimpa Paints was retained to gain the technical information as well the product knowledge developed over the years.

The directors established a very colourful and attractive image for Impa Paints and within four months after rebranding, had secured deals with well known alliance companies. Impa Paints stocks the entire SA Timber group of companies in Virginia, Hennenman, Kroonstad and Bethlehem in the Free State as well as Johannesburg . Since 2011 the company has opened franchised stores in Welkom and additional stores in Centurion and Bloemfontein. The roll out of the following stores by June 2014 have been confirmed:

NEW Franchisees undergo both technical and product knowledge training, together with an in depth programme conducted at one of our franchise owned stores to get a practical feel for the market they will be entering. From a head office perspective, we assist with various key factors such as securing a site in your chosen area, negotiations of lease agreements, setting up of the franchise store while you undergo training and provide you with all the intellectual knowledge and systems you will require to run your new paint store. Once setup, you will form part of our ongoing training on product development and paint techniques and you will also have access to our 24 hour technical assistance.
