Concept

At Just Property, we have a profound understanding of how property shapes individual journeys and appreciate the responsibility this brings to us. Our central purpose, the common thread running through everything we do, is to create wealth through property. And it is about more than monetary wealth. We are driven by the sense of abundance our clients experience when they live, work and play in spaces that they love.

Just Property is not a traditional Real Estate Agency. With our roots in property rentals and management, we work hard and we appreciate the value of long-term relationships. It is this legacy that we bring to the property sales environment. We have evolved from a specialist letting agency to a business offering a complete property solution.

We have always been unique in our approach to business, choosing to focus inwards on what we inherently do well, rather than chasing and duplicating what our competitors are doing.

Underpinning great customer relationships is the element of trust. For us, trust manifests itself in peace of mind – that sense of relaxing, knowing that you are in good hands. Head Office has implemented a Mentorship Programme directed at new franchisees, to offer guidance on how to operate your franchise business professionally and efficiently, the Just Property way. To alleviate some of the stress and make the experience a little more structured and manageable.

Whether you’ve worked in the industry for 25 years or two years, it can be difficult to navigate the complexities of running a new business. This includes handling the internal politics, processes, and opportunities that drive growth within a business and the small steps and education that lead to defining the different stages of the business.

e-Learning is central to all we do; webinars, online courses and bite-sized learning are made available to franchisees and agents every day via a platform we call The Switch.

We also host national roadshows throughout the year for both franchisees and agents. These events provide the platform for collaboration and help us move towards a shared vision.

New franchisees and new marketing staff are invited to on-site, face-to-face training at Head Office. This helps build strong partnerships and facilitates the alignment of business and brand.

Franchisees benefit from hands-on, Head Office mentoring; this includes a formal onboarding programme, business coaching and performance management.
