MUZOKI is a unique and funky music school which offers professional music lessons in musical instrument, voice training, music theory, music appreciation, worship music, drama and public speaking lessons to students between the ages of 3 and 103.

The Brand

Muzoki!!™ Music Academy is the brainchild of Cornè and Kiki Kooiman, a formidable father and daughter team. Cornè is an astute and seasoned businessman with formal qualifications in the fields of commerce and law, and Kiki is a consummate musician with a qualification from the Campus of Performing Arts in Pretoria and loads of drumming and recording experience  indeed an awesome partnership! Already during her career as a drummer, Kiki recognised the need for a music academy which would focus on teaching students how to truly master a range of musical instruments and voice control. As a contemporary rock school for kids, it would ideally employ the services of performing musicians who would coach students on a one-on-one basis.

Concept

Muzoki!!™ has developed a unique system for providing music lessons in a vibrant and professional environment by young performing artists on keyboard, guitar, bass, drums, violin, piano, vocals, theory, as well as training for ATKV, Eisteddfod, SATCH and Idols competitions. Muzoki!!™ offers a true plug-and-play solutions, which includes construction of the interior of the school, all musical instruments and even stock for the tuck shop. Ideal premises should be in respectable shopping centres or stretch malls with a market-related rental, 80m² – 100m² in size and within 10 kilometre radius from the primary schools.

Muzoki!!™ provides the franchisee with 2 (two) weeks initial training, which will cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of running the business, including advertising campaigns, coach recruitment, administration and accounting systems. Muzoki!!™ also provides ongoing training from time to time as required and as the business develops and in order to stay abreast of developments and changes in the industry.
