Supa-Quick Logo
Supa Quick has over 250 dealerships nationwide, employing 4 000 tyre experts. Whatever you're looking for in a tyre, from original equipment to high-performance tread, we have the solution. As South Africa's most convenient tyre experts, we remain a full service auto centre – when it comes to tyres, car batteries, shocks and exhausts, we have all the leading brands.

The Brand

Supa Quick was founded in 1986; an initiative of what was then Firestone South Africa. An innovator from inception, Supa Quick was the first collective of small tyre retailers. In 1989 Supa Quick was registered as a separate company and promptly continued its innovative streak by expanding its product offering. This was the start of the ‘one-stop shop’ concept, which is still one of Supa Quick’s strengths today. In 1998 Supa Quick was drawn into the Bridgestone stable and continues to benefit from the global Bridgestone association.

Today, Supa Quick is a close-knit alliance comprising the franchisor, franchisees and strategically selected supply partners. The company’s strategy focus is value creation, maximising skills and service delivery to meet market demands and satisfying stakeholders.

By offering the benefits of a group structure, with volume purchasing power and combined marketing funding and activities, Supa Quick is able to hold its own against the corporate tyre giants that dominated the market at the time.

All Supa Quick stores are franchised in accordance with a business format franchise model. Via its national footprint Supa Quick is dedicated to providing complete customer solutions, delivering excellent service, expert advice and workmanship.

Supa Quick are experts in automotive parts replacement. Their product range includes tyres, wheels, batteries, shocks and suspensions, brakes, exhausts and tow-bars, catering to the customer’s need for statutory, safety, performance and convenience products.

In addition to servicing the man-on-the-street, Supa Quick is also a long-standing and leading service provider to major car fleets, leasing and contract hire companies. By virtue of the nature of the business, the customer base incorporates all owners and users of passenger, light commercial and SUV motor vehicles.

A suitable location for establishing a Supa Quick outlet is a retail hub with high economic activity with other motor related businesses within the immediate vicinity.

Every Supa Quick franchisee is required to complete a Franchisee Induction Programme at the company’s SETA accredited training centre. All Supa Quick staff are required to attend the ‘The Supa Quick Way’ course where they undergo customer relations, sales, marketing, product knowledge and technical training.

On-going technical training is provided on-site by a team of Technical Managers Supa Quick suppliers provide product specific training.
