Typical Staff Compliment:

Initial Training:
• 4–6 weeks of hands-on operational training at a flagship Multiserv outlet
• In-depth product knowledge: shoe repairs, key cutting, laundry processes, etc.
• POS and customer service training
• Store management, stock control & marketing basics
Ongoing Support Includes:
• Refresher training sessions and new service modules
• Operational manual
• On-site support during store opening
• National and regional marketing campaigns
• Supplier negotiation and sourcing
• Ongoing quality audits and brand standards monitoring
• Help desk and franchisee support line
We’re looking for hands-on, dedicated individuals who are passionate about service, business-minded, and aligned with the Multiserv brand values.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Age: 25–55
• Strong customer service orientation
• Willing to be a hands-on Franchisee.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn hands-on skills
• Previous retail, technical, or service industry experience (advantageous)
• Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric), with basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Business ownership or supervisory experience preferred
• Good credit record and access to working capital

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and resilience
• Commitment to upholding Multiserv’s service standard.
