What made you decide to buy a franchise?
The fact that the business system has been proven as well as the training and on-going support.
How important is it to investigate a franchise and what criteria did you use?
It is extremely important to investigate a franchise to be certain that what they are offering is what it is and that you will get on with the Franchisor.
For me it was all about the CEO and the clincher was that Raal Nordin was the founder and former CEO of a successful company in the same industry.
What made you buy an Urban Link franchise?
My love for property with the potential to make money while enjoying a new career. The Urban Link product offering is unique to what is out on offer in the market place.

Constant ongoing education as well as a full template of all legal and support documents.
How important is the Franchisee’s relationship with the Franchisor?
Extremely important. Without a healthy and trusting relationship there is no motivated team.
What advice would you give to prospective franchisees?
Consider the hours and make sure that you have a passion for the franchise that you invest in. Without that your business will not succeed.
