A 3@1 Business Centre is a modern, easy-to-run retail store that typically ranges in size from 50 to 70 square metres. Most locations are found in shopping centres or suburban hubs, where they are well positioned to serve both residential and business customers. Each store is designed for simplicity and efficiency and is usually operated by the owner with the help of two to three trained staff members. The range of services includes digital and large-format printing, international and domestic courier, photo printing, ID and visa photographs, scanning, copying, internet access, sublimation and various day-to-day business solutions. Each franchise comes with a dedicated website and a strong online presence, providing customers with easy access to information and helping to expand brand visibility and support sales growth. The setup is tech-savvy and built to stay relevant in today’s fast-changing service environment.
Franchisees benefit from a complete turnkey setup, starting with assistance in selecting the right site and negotiating a lease. Before the store launches, franchisees undergo extensive hands-on training at an existing 3@1 Business Centre, where they learn all aspects of store operations, customer service, equipment use, and staff management. Once the store is operational, our team provides direct on-site support to ensure a smooth opening. Beyond launch, we continue to offer extensive ongoing support, including operational guidance, marketing assistance, financial coaching, and regular business workshops.
