For 50 years AÏDA National Franchises (Pty) Ltd has been at the forefront of Real Estate services in South Africa. Named after its founder Aïda Geffen, AÏDA has been delivering quality products and services to members and consumers alike since 1958.

AÏDA pioneered Real Estate franchising in 1979 when the first franchises were awarded. Today the Real Estate System with its headquarters in Centurion, Gauteng provides a comprehensive training, management, administrative, technology and marketing support and service solution to its members.

In 2000 and 2001 the AÏDA Franchise System was placed in the top 10 Franchise Systems in South Africa by an independent survey conducted by Financial Mail (Finansies en Tegniek) and in 2006 AÏDA National Franchises was selected to be included in the “Best companies to work for” – the first real estate company in South Africa to appear in this publication.

The company’s vision is to become the biggest and most preferred real estate company in all the markets it serves and in order to achieve this; the AÏDA System is complemented by a dedicated and highly experienced support and service centre. Our main focus remains service excellence to all buyers and sellers of real estate.
