Biz2Sell was founded in 2015 and has developed a winning formula selling many small-medium size businesses mainly in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. After many enquiries and interest in other areas, we decided to expand our footprint countrywide at the end of 2019.

Since December 2019 we have trained and onboarded 4 Area Licensees. All our Licensees have listed and sold their first few businesses. Some are now ready and are looking at recruiting a few selected individuals to train up as Brokers in their License Areas.

We specialise in the marketing and selling of small-medium size businesses. Our uniqueness is in the fact that we classify ourselves as a “Boutique” Business Brokerage. We do not list every business that we are offered or come across – we only list a handful of selected businesses at a time. This ensures that sellers get our full attention and focus on the sale of their business and buyers receive a more personalised service. This approach results in a quicker sales process.

With regards our License Areas – we prefer to give our Licensees big enough areas to enable them to grow their business once they are ready, by recruiting a team of brokers. We want them to have enough capacity to ensure their success.

We offer a free option to add a Property Agency onto your Business Brokerage once you have completed your initial Business Broking training and sold a few businesses. This includes Residential and Commercial sales and rentals. This means that you have the potential of earning from five income streams – Business Broking, Residential sales, Residential rentals, Commercial sales and Commercial rentals.
