The Chas Everitt International property group was the dream child of founders Charles(Chas) and Tilla Everitt who started the company in 1980. Charles and Tilla are still active in the group and the real estate business today.
Opening their first office in Randburg, Gauteng in 1980, Charles and Tilla founded what is now the Chas Everitt International Property Group, a true family business where ethics and values are part of the company’s DNA. In their own words:

For new Franchisees we offer in house and Model office training programmes prior to launch together with full training at a classroom and in office level on the Chas Everitt Cyberagent uniform operating system and other aligned technology systems, Administrative and Human Resources training as well as niche areas such as website marketing, search engine optimisation and Distressed Sales Progammes.
Our Document Manager Online system gives franchise operators and their agents direct access to the groups accumulated systems, manuals, training material, documentation and other materials 24/7.
From introductory Brand training, Agent training on a multi-level basis to specialised areas such as Sectional Title on an internal basis to outsourced training by leading local and international industry programmes and DVD and online training programmes, we work hard to ensure our franchisees are knowledgeable and current when it comes to education, encompassing training for all levels of experience – from rookie to expert.
Chas Everitt is also aligned with the Services SETA accredited Assessment Centre to offer the new FETC: Real Estate Level 4 Qualification through RPL with access to Bursaries.
