Sotiri Frantzeskakis has used his knowledge and experience in the pizza industry to develop the brand Del Forno into a brand of style. Everything on the menu is simple but delicious, but that is what you can expect from Del Forno, considering his very successful background in food and franchising. This expertise is not one many can boast. The neighbourhood pizzeria Pizza Del Forno was conceptualised as early as 2000. In 2009 it expanded its operations and merged with two other well-known and successful Pizzeria outlets known as Gian Carlos and Belissima Pizza Pasta and formed Streamline Brands (Pty) Ltd which commenced trading as a Franchisor of the Pizza Del Forno and later the Del Forno (Pizza Pasta Grill) brand. Del Forno has become a leader in the market and is set to expand to new exciting locations. Del Forno is now the preferred neighbourhood local for not only our eat in customers but also take away and delivery clients.

Del Forno Franchising offers each new franchisee a full turnkey operation with back up and support. Once the market in a suitable area has been established and the site assessed, then lease and site negotiations, store development and employee selection begin. Full ongoing training for the staff is a vital issue that Del Forno concentrates on, to help build each franchisees team to be successful unit. All training is backed up with the operations manual, which equips all franchisees and management teams with the necessary tools to master the running of a successful Del Forno outlet.
