The Brand

Deluxe Laser and Spa is an exciting and fresh new concept which commenced trading in Sea Point, Cape Town. Based on the enthusiastic reception of the first studio, 4 more Deluxe stores were opened in Cape Town in the past year and 2 stores in Durban.

We are currently expanding our brand throughout the country due to our success in the Western Cape. Our intention is to open at least 10 stores nationally this year and to have 25 stores trading by the end of 2018. Our expansion plan includes franchising our business over the next year to create a National footprint of clinics/spas in this fast-growing industry which is largely untapped particularly in terms of franchised laser and spa stores.

Identifying a gap in the South African market in 2016, Deluxe Laser and Spa’s directors recognised a need to offer a premium service providing advanced skin technology in a comfortable and convenient environment at an affordable price.

Deluxe Laser and Spa opened the first site with a long-term vision to open additional studios and spas throughout South Africa.

Concept

In two short years the trust in the Deluxe brand has grown thanks to a commitment to staff training and a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty, this enabled Deluxe Laser and Spa to successfully open an additional seven spas which are strategically positioned in prime, high-end locations.

Whilst steady, profitable growth has been very rewarding, our commitment to client experience and staff satisfaction remains our key focus and priority for the businesses development strategy.

Support

Deluxe Laser and Spa offers an intensive in-house training course for franchisees and managers for 14 days, followed by on-the-job training. Other training courses are also available at various times during the year and will be run on an ongoing basis.

The programme is conducted by a team and follows a theory to practice format. Throughout the training emphasis is placed on running a successful business. Our training courses will contain modules that will include not only the way Deluxe Laser and Spa does things but why we do them in the first place.
