Doppio Zero started out in Greenside in March 2002, as a corner street style bakery and café, serving breakfasts, thin-crust gourmet pizzas and café style Mediterranean food. Since then it has grown to eleven restaurants with a complimentary blend of franchise, corporate and joint venture partnerships and the first international restaurant having opened in Alexandria, Egypt, in 2013.
Doppio Zero is exciting and innovative with restaurants in high exposure areas offering European style alfresco dining. Every season we revisit our Italian style Mediterranean menu to include some fresh ideas and seasonal produce.
Our customers enjoy our artisan style breads including our famous Ciabatta, Turkish, Cape Seed Health, Rustic Rye, Olive Ciabatta, and others…Baked fresh in our bakery stores or delivered freshly baked every morning from our Central Bakery.
We are very passionate about community involvement and giving something back to those less fortunate.
Initial training is up to two months with the Support Kitchen Team providing on-going systems, policies and procedures training. Monthly training is conducted to give hands-on assistance in different areas of the business.
To be the next Doppio Zero franchisee you must be a hands-on operator with a passion for the restaurant business and be results-driven. You must have exceptional communication skills, be prepared to continuously learn and adhere to the franchise system.
