The Brand

Extractor Man was the first company offering canopy servicing to restaurants and hotels. With more than 30 years’ experience servicing the Hospitality industry, we specialise in cleaning, servicing and the true certification of Extraction Systems in Hotels and Restaurant Kitchens, also doing installations and repairs of extraction and Fresh air systems.


We offer a service that is required by law for all businesses that have extraction systems, we service and certify these businesses according to the National Standards requirements, we also manufacture to the specification in the regulations for new installations, repairs or additions. We solve extraction issues in commercial kitchens to improve productivity and comply with health and safety regulations. We also are an authorised ANSUL kitchen fire suppression partner for new installations and servicing.


Initial training consists of business setup, systems, policies, and procedural training which includes an overview of the Extractor Man business model, helping Franchisees become proficient in all aspects of operating an Extractor Man Franchise. The importance of thorough training cannot be over emphasised, and it is essential to the success of all. Extractor Man operations support will continue to support their Franchisees throughout their Extractor Man Franchise ownership.
