The Brand

Back in the 1970’S the founding partners introduced the first Shuvarma concept to the South African Market. Late night Hillbrow action was all the rage and hungry clubbers with an appetite for fun, dance and late night vibes where among the first to experience this unique taste sensation.

We have also introduced burgers, and a variety of grilled products like chicken wings, ribs etc… to our menu.

Support

We provide three weeks hands on training at an existing store as well as Gaap POS training. Once the store is open we will continue to provide on-going support and further training whenever needed.

Are You Our Next Franchisee?

The ideal franchisee is an individual with an entrepreneurial outgoing nature and a burning desire to own and grow his own successful company. They should take pride in their establishment, as well as the brand, and do everything in their power to further the success of the brand and image of the brand.

They should have an eye for detail and always have a proactive and hands-on approach to business. The ideal Mi-Vami franchisee is between 25 and 65 years of age. This person should also be able to work within the systems and processes imposed by the franchisor. The franchisee should ideally run the business personally for at least the first year. Manager-run franchisees generally turnover less than owner-run outlets.
