The Moms and Tots Group was founded in 1993 by Petra Lombard after she became aware of the keen interest of mothers to learn more about how to stimulate their young child in a healthy and balanced way.

The Brand

The Moms and Tots Group has been creating enriching learning experiences for babies and toddlers in the form of baby-parent workshops, toddler-parent workshops and playgroups since 1993.

The Moms and Tots Group offers the following franchise options:
Moms and Babes Workshop – For babies aged between 2 and 12 months
Moms and Tots Workshop – For toddlers aged between 1 and 3½ Years
Jungle Tots Playgroup – For toddlers aged between 1½ and 4 Years

Concept

One of the best ways to enhance your child’s development is to enhance his play. Your child will thrive in an environment where there is a healthy balance of activities. Our programmes offer a healthy balance of activities that develop the whole child through play. The play activities are designed to enhance babies and toddlers’ physical, emotional, social and intellectual skills.

Support

We provide the Franchisee with :

1. Training
2. Guidance in the layout and decor of the workshop
3. Continual training and evaluation after opening
4. Monthly advertising
5. Regular updates and articles
6. Regular franchisee meetings
7. Computer and network advice
8. The seller will either hand over all the existing toys and items or assist in the set up. If any further sourcing of toys and physical items it required in the workshop then the franchisor will assist
