Piza e Vino opened its first restaurant in 2009 and with its café style dining and alfresco seating, was an instant success.
We have a love for simple fresh food cooked in a traditional way using authentic methods with a twist. Piza-e-Vino’s food is rigorously Italian healthy and creative and through this simplicity we believe that a winning formula has been discovered.
Pizza e Vino differentiates itself from other pizzeria concepts as we are committed to using superior ingredients and cooking methods. All our meals are prepared in the traditional way using authentic methods with a twist.
A centralised kitchen / bakery was established to assist with product range and development and to curb rising costs. Each restaurant produces menu items with several elements being supplied by the centralised kitchen / bakery.
The initial training programme is over a six to eight week period, conducted in an existing Piza e Vino restaurant. On-going training is provided by a dedicated franchise consultant with the support of the franchisor’s operations team.
To be the next Piza-e-Vino franchisee is all about energy and commitment and we are looking for hands-on operators who are results-driven and prepared to make the sacrifice required to reap the rewards.
You must have exceptional communication skills, be prepared to continuously learn and adhere to the franchise system.
