Our company was founded by IBM innovation lab engineers and managers working in collaboration with recruitment specialists with over 30 years experience in international markets. We use cutting edge AI and machine learning to identify and engage with talent.

The Brand

The brand was launched in the UK in February 2019 when three ex IBM Robotics engineers met with a South African recruitment professional. The recruiter had identified a gap in the market to make the recruitment process more simplified using robotic technology to collate and analyse hiring client and candidate data.


Robocore is an online recruitment business that is unique in two different ways. Firstly, the technology that we use is owned and created by us and has been described by other professional recruiters as a “Game Changer”.

Franchisees can work from any location as everything is done online. They can recruit into any industry sector of their choice with no borders or frontiers since everything is done online. Franchisees can have a hiring company in any country and a candidate in any country or purely work a domestic market. They can work part-time or full-time and they can work alone or build a team and scale their business, this can also be international.


No experience is required as we provide full and thorough training. We have the same objective as the franchisee because we share the same income stream. Therefore, if we do not help our franchisees to succeed, then neither do we. Initial training is provided as well as ongoing weekly support and training sessions.

Recruitment is much like selling or business development, therefore these skills and background are ideally what we are looking for but not in all cases as full training is given. We are looking for a strong work ethic from people that want to earn high salaries and can focus on their own targets. This is however not for everyone.
