Run Walk For Life is a South African founded organisation, with its Head Office located in Johannesburg, South Africa. Run Walk For Life was founded in 1983, and has been in continuous operation since. Run/Walk For Life is represented in Africa, the United Kingdom, Australia and the USA.

Run Walk For Life is an exercise based program, integrated with a nutrition program. Our core business is the scientific exercising of sedentary, unfit and/or overweight persons. The program is very structured and supervised, with a strong medical foundation.

Run Walk For Life assesses the health status and fitness of your client, to whom you would then assign a suitable exercise level. Each session will start with stretching and mobility exercises and the exercise would be supervised, the clients would exercise personally after that. In the early stages of the program a session will last 30 minutes, and the times will increase gradually over time, to a maximum of 90 minutes for the more advanced road members.

Our franchisees should have access to a school or sports field which would be your base for training.
