Concept

Established in 2007, Spare Zone are retail stores built around the needs of the driving community focusing on various motoring products such as, service parts, body parts, accessories, tools, car care, tyres, tubes and hardware products. We are a service orientated establishment, and our knowledge of motor spare parts is vast.

A Spare Zone retail store is a full turn-key operation. Included in the franchise package is full training and support, tools and equipment, recruitment of staff, signage, office furniture, computer software packages, site locations, lease negotiations and stationery. In other words, a store ready for you to start trading.

Spare Zone is a company focussed on providing its Franchisees with all the tools necessary to be a success in the ever in demand vehicle spares sector which continues to grow as more and more vehicles are on the road. We have addressed the void in the market to be a strong brand leader, giving instant recognition and providing our Franchisees with the necessary training and quality equipment to build and run a successful business.

Our goal is to ensure steady growth, based on dynamic and progressive management and an exuberant team who are excited and enthusiastic about the vehicle spares industry and our customers.

Initial training consists of business setup, systems, policies, and procedural training which includes an overview of the Spare Zone business model, helping Franchisees become proficient in all aspects of operating a Spare Zone Franchise. The importance of thorough training cannot be over emphasised, and it is essential to the success of all. Spare Zone operations support will continue to support the Franchisees throughout their Spare Zone Franchise ownership.
