During 2012 a team of experienced business people put their heads together and discussed a concept where all SME and individuals could obtain business services under one roof and where the majority of the services could be supplied instantly while the customer waits.

From this the idea of the POSTLINK concept were created. It was agreed by the founders that they would pool their collective knowledge and expertise from their own businesses – which would run concurrently – with the customers of the POSTLINK concept and this at very reasonable priced tariffs.

POSTLINK will endeavour to grow a steady network of franchise stores covering the whole of South Africa.

POSTLINK is a retail business concept focussed on cost effective courier, logistic, business and communication services. The business concept is supported by an experienced team of entrepreneurs, each of them a specialist in their own field. That is why up to date business services either by arrangement or contracted in are offered in a POSTLINK retail outlet.

By keeping the concept simple, but effective, backed up by an interactive head office support structure, our aim is to deliver efficient service at a reasonable price. Our franchisees will be briefed on a monthly basis. Feedback from the franchisees is of utmost importance to us, as we are here to permanently strive to improve the concept for the benefit of the customer and the improvement of the image of the brand.
